No time to make dinner?

We all have days where we just don't have it in us to cook at the end of the day. Whether you work or not, have kids or don't, we all have busy days. Life is busy.

We've all been in these get home and you are exhausted. And hungry. You seriously comtemplate ordering a pizza. Or maybe Chinese. That was me last night. This is what I did...

Here's a 10 minute dinner idea that is a much healthier alternative, while being just as simple and quite possibly faster than delivery.

Grilled chicken (I happened to have some from last night's dinner)

Packaged Simmer Sauce - I used the Saffron Road Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce

Frozen, Pre-cut and conned/boxed Veggies and Beans. The trick is to have your pantry/freezer stocked with the basics so that you can pull them out as you need them.

Sautee together and serve over rice or potatoes.

Here's the finished product...Total time = 12 minutes
