What is a Superfood?
The term "Superfood" is actually just a marketing gimick...I know, shocking. While the term was created to sell you super healthy food, they are not any more or less healthy than "regular" food, just exotic foods we are not familiar with. While not staples in our world, they are staples in many other countries. They are loaded with vitmains and minerals and most people don't know which does what, so I've outlined the most common Superfoods below and their benefits.

Aćai

Cacao
The foundation of all chocolate products, cacao (ka-kow) beans are found inside the pulp of the cacao fruit. Cacao is a top source of antioxidants, and it contains an abundance of magnesium and iron.
