Cabbage...oh how I love thee..

Americans don't tend to eat a lot of cabbage, but we Russians...we love the stuff! We stuff it, we braise it, we sautee it! It's a bit of a staple..but it's also SUPER healthy.

-Great for weight loss! It's high in fiber and very low in saturated fat (the bad one) and cholesterol and has only 33 calories in a cup of cooked cabbage!
