Afternoon Pick-Me-Up Smoothie Recipe

Have no energy after lunch? Try this refreshing, revitalizing smoothie to put some pep in your step!

Ingredients: 

2 Handfuls baby spinach
1/2 large avocado
1 small orange
1 small apple
1 tsp hemp or chia seeds
1 tbs flax seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 oz coconut water

 

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
