Antioxidant Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 

 

 

2 kale leaves
1 handful of spinach
1 banana
1 cup of frozen berries (I use a mix of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, and pomegranate seeds)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
4 oz of coconut water
1 tablespoon of flax seeds

 

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients. Enjoy.
