Crunchy Salmon Salad

Ingredients: 

 

1 can of Omega-3 rich boneless, skinless salmon
1 Persian cucumber
2 handfuls of lettuce, mixed greens, or spinach
1 hard-boiled egg
1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt

 

 

Directions: 

Chop cucumber, egg and greens, add salmon and mayonnaise. Mix well and enjoy!
