Chocolate Chia Pudding

 

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 240 minutes

Yields: 2 servings

 

 

Ingredients: 

 

1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Raw Cacao

 

Directions: 

 

Mix all ingredients in a sealed container and shake until well mixed.

Place container in refrigerator for 4 hours. Try to come by and give it a good shaking every now and then if you can (no big deal if you can't) 

Enjoy as a protein packed breakfast or as a sweet dessert!

 

Notes: 

 

This portion of chia seeds has 11.6 g of Omega 3, 24g of dietary fiber, 12g of fiber, and 4g of Omega 6.
