No one diet works for everyone.

If you have ever been on a diet, then you know...they are disappointing! Most approaches to nutrition focus on restricting calories, carbs, fats, proteins and sugars. These diets show little to no results or short-term results and generally don't make people very happy.  I have studied all the major dietary theories and approaches and use practical lifestyle coaching to help you make gradual, lifelong changes.
